Dr. Eyoatam Berhanu Belay, an associate professor, has spent more than 10 years actively engaged in academics, administration, and research. In 2023, the Italian Selinus University of Sciences and Literature awarded the Associate Professor title. His research works have been published both nationally and internationally. He earned the highest grade point average (GPA) of 3.97 at Selinus University of Sciences and Literature in Italy when he graduated in September 2022, demonstrating his ability.

In terms of his academic record, he embraces the positions of lecturer (Teacher) at Selinus University of Sciences and Literature in Italy as well as lecturer and thesis adviser at universities and colleges in Ethiopia, where he provides lectures and research guidance on a variety of topics.

During the development of his professional career, he was working in the position of director of R&D at Helmer Land Research and Development Center, where he was in charge of several projects and inquiries. Moreover, he provided technical assistance and aided by proposing projects to his country Ethiopia on macroeconomic initiatives aimed at boosting the national economy conducting integrated analyses and producing plans that involve implementation in order to take economic and social considerations into account.
