He is currently retired professor from Salahaddin University –Erbil and he is currently the director of International Relations office and Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator at Knowledge University-Erbil, Iraq.
Wrote research papers and supervised many M.Sc. and Ph.D. students in the fields of Climatology, Renewable energy, Wind and wind technology, Astronomy and Interstellar matter and international relations.
During the course of his professional career, he served as the director of trainings and continuous learning, director of Scholarships, deputy general director of Scholarships and cultural relations, deputy general of private universities at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kurdistan Region-Iraq.
The director of international relations office and Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator at Salahaddin University-Erbil. He was the manager of implementing over 15 Erasmus+ projects (both KA1 & KA2) of the European Union in some Kurdistan Region Public universities. Coordinated the implementation of Delphe research projects of the British Council at Salahaddin University. Participated in Fulbright, IREX projects and training workshops of USA in Iraq.
